I’m really pleased to be able to share that Art Club will soon have a new home in Hillsborough.

The new group will meet on the second Monday of each month from January 2027, giving you another opportunity to make some regular time for drawing, painting and being creative.

The Hillsborough group will be part of my wider Art Club, which already runs twice a month at Dungworth Village Hall on Wednesday and Thursday evenings.

The different groups will be separate, with their own dates, but they will all have the same relaxed approach: drawing, watercolour, gentle tuition, plenty of experimenting – and, of course, tea and cake!

Each month we’ll explore something different, from landscapes and plants to portraits, still life, animals and everyday objects. You don’t need to think of yourself as an artist, and you certainly don’t need to be an expert. Art Club is about making time to create, learning some new skills and enjoying the process.

I’m hoping to get the Hillsborough group up and running soon, with the first dates and booking information coming shortly.

If you’ve been thinking about trying Art Club, this could be your chance to join us closer to home – and on a Monday evening. 🌿🎨
