Art Club @Dungworth Village Hall Spring/ Summer

I’m really excited to share that, as promised, I’ll be running a monthly art club for grown ups starting on Thursday 25th April.

Over the last few months, I’ve spoken to so many people about art, how they love it and want the chance to do it more, with friends and to get a bit if support so they feel their skill growing. Well – this is exactly the aim of this club!

Each week is a stand-alone drawing class, but join regularly and really see your drawing and painting improve. The sessions will each focus on a different theme and introduce a new skill, medium or technique. Don’t worry if you’ve not picked up a pencil since school – it’s a relaxed and friendly group where all are welcome, from the more experienced artists to the absolute beginners.

I run another club for children, and I am also planning more Family Workshops (watch this space!) so this one is really for grown-ups. The minimum age to attend is 14 years old. 14-16 year olds will need to be accompanied by an adult.

What will you need?

I have planned to use just a few basic resources so you can have your own and continue your practice between sessions. All the sessions will focus on the use of pencil and watercolour. You can bring your own or I can provide a resource pack. This will include a sketchbook, a set of graded pencils and a set of watercolours – all for £20.

Deal!

I’m running a deal – if you book all 5 sessions, you’ll receive a FREE sketchbook and set of graded pencils!

Numbers are limited to 16, so get signed up to ensure you get a space!
