As a primary school teacher and ex-headteacher, I know how intimidating it can be to teach art for non-specialists and how challenging the role of art subject leader can be for those new to middle leadership.

I have many years experience developing successful art curricula and supporting non-specialist teachers. I have worked with teachers to develop areas of the curriculum, such as printing and digital art so that they feel confident to teach these aspects themselves. I have also worked with groups of schools to train their Art Subject Leaders to ensure they feel confident in their role.
